- How does an AI phone interview work?
- The AI calls each respondent and asks your questionnaire in order, following your routing and branching. It captures each answer in a structured form and transcribes the call, so open answers can be coded afterwards.
- Will every respondent hear the same questions?
- Yes. The questionnaire is delivered the same way on every call, with the wording you approve, which keeps the method consistent across the whole sample.
- Which languages can interviews run in?
- More than 15. When a respondent answers in another language, the call switches to that language automatically, so there is no language menu.
- How quickly can a project start?
- We script the questionnaire with you and send back sample calls within about 48 hours, so you can check wording, pacing and routing before fieldwork starts.
- Do we have to run the calling ourselves?
- No. SignalLine runs the fieldwork for you. Your team does not operate a dashboard or manage the calls, and you receive the results, including a full CSV of every response, when the wave closes.
- How is research calling priced?
- Survey work is priced per completed response rather than per call placed, with one fixed campaign price agreed before we start. Tenant perception (TSM) surveys are £4.00 per completed response.
